Q: Where do I get my transcript?
A: You can access your transcript by using Catsweb or visit the McCoy College of Business Administration Advising Center, 115 McCoy Hall.
Q: What is my catalog year?
A: You can find this in your advising transcript as the year you began university work. If you transferred in from a four-year university, you will be in that year's catalog. If you transferred from a junior/community college, your catalog year is the year you began university work.
Q: When and where do I apply for graduation?
A: At the beginning of your last semester, apply in the McCoy College of Business Administration Advising Center, 115 McCoy Hall.
Q: How do I get off of academic probation?
A: You must talk to your advisor who can help you develop strategies to achieve a 2.0 GPA.
Q: What and where is the Ready Room?

Q: How do I find student interns for my company or organization?
A: The Marketing Department's internship program is managed by Judy Dietert (phone 512-245-2659). Please contact Ms. Dietert if you have a position that could meet our internship guidelines and provide value to your company.
Q: Does the Marketing Department hire per course or adjunct instructors?
A: The department employs per course instructors on an as-needed basis. Per course faculty are temporary faculty with specialized professional expertise. The minimum qualifications include at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline and a master's degree with a major in the teaching discipline.
