Bumblebee Home Inspection PLLC is a Central Texas property inspection firm located in San Marcos TX. We primarily work for Realtors ®, buyers of real property and home builders. We are a progressive forward-thinking company, we color outside the lines and are excited to be able to offer this position to bring new fresh ideas to the local real estate marketing table. Candidates interested in marketing communications in the fields of; Real Estate, sales, management, title, law, insurance, Building, construction, Pest Control, Public policy (and others) will benefit greatly from the contacts made through networking activities associated with this position. Work hours are flexible.

Primary Duties:

• This is an unpaid, credit only internship position available all semesters.
• Work with marketing manager to increase online/market awareness.
• Implement new market segment opportunities and lead company though new service launches.
• Monitor market trends, competition activity and propose counter actions to stay competitive.
• Develop all platform social media strategy and content creation, write human interest stories.
• Blogging, Backlink creation, email campaigns.
• Develop public relations strategy by gathering and managing press contacts and writing press releases and making pitch calls to local media to confirm receipt of releases.
• Begin the process of developing marketing policy/manual.

Specifications:

• Well presented and business like.
• Pursuit of undergraduate degree in marketing, communications. Excellent writing skills a must.
• Excellent telephone skills a must.
• MS office, word and excel, WordPress/HTML knowledge, white hat SEO Creative independent worker, graphic design a plus.
