COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Divided Sky Roofing is a family owned and operated small business that is rapidly expanding around the Hays County and Central Texas area. We provide professional-quality service and products for the exterior of both residential and commercial properties. We are actively involved in our community and support several non-profits and chambers in the area. Our community service involvement predominantly benefits our local area youth and student programs. We encourage our team to find local charities or organizations where they can volunteer, and we can
make donations on their behalf.

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
This is a paid internship of $1000/month (bi-weekly checks of $500). You will have a flexible schedule, working around your class schedule and can mainly work from home. However, there will be times when you will need to pick up marketing materials or other similar tasks. Main duties include:

  • Fundraiser and event marketing/organizing
  • Create flyers and other marketing materials for events
  • Work with design companies to develop a new branding package
  • Perform marketing and industry-related research
  • Develop email campaigns and monthly newsletters
  • Expand our social media presence
  • Perform various admin tasks as necessary (including running errands from time-to-time)

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Graphic design experience (Photoshop preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Independently manages workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude is everything in our company culture!

COMPENSATION: 

$1000/month Semester-long internship w/ opportunity to stay on
