Job Description:
Good Vibes Homebuyers is real estate investment company based in San Marcos, TX that buys small apartments and houses with cash. We are seeking an enthusiastic, out-of-the-box thinker who believes in their ability to accomplish anything they set their mind to. The successful candidate will assist our Marketing Manager with drafting content and providing creative ideas to track the company’s marketing effectiveness. Our objective is to coach the successful candidate on the benefits of real estate investing, how it can be done profitably and fairly with very little capital, and to give the successful candidate the experience necessary to enter any fast-paced work environment. This paid position will primarily be virtual with flexible hours ranging between 10 and 25 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Devise systems for tracking and analyzing marketing campaign results.
- Establish email automation marketing campaigns using online-based CRMs.
- Manage the company’s social media.
- Research and draft informative and educational blogs on real estate-related topics.
- Research and make recommendations on untapped marketing platforms.
- Serve as liaison to the company’s consultant website development team.
- Perform daily administrative marketing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Relevant advertising, marketing, and/or mass communication coursework.
- Skilled in blog writing and writing for social media.
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Detail-oriented with strong project and time man
